When will I get my order?

Each item is made to order. Fulfillment typically takes 3–7 business days, after which it ships out. Shipping time depends on your location, but usually takes 3–4 business days after fulfillment.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with a trusted on-demand fulfillment partner with facilities located throughout the U.S.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived, please:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email to verify the delivery address.
  2. Look around your property or ask neighbors—sometimes carriers leave packages in unexpected spots.
  3. Contact your local post office for any held deliveries.

If everything seems correct and you still haven’t received it, email us at bourbonandbluesbbq@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll look into it.

If there was an error in the shipping address you provided, we can resend your items—but you’ll be responsible for the new shipping costs.

Return Policy

What’s your return policy?

Since all items are made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.

Do you offer refunds?

We’ll make it right. If your order is damageddefective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it at bourbonandbluesbbq@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) in question. We’ll take care of it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We don’t offer size or color exchanges. Be sure to double-check the sizing chart listed in each product description before ordering. If you believe you received a mislabeled item, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo, and we’ll get you a replacement.
